Turn on the PremFit stimulator using the central controller. Choose from 6 workout modes and 10 intensity levels to match your fitness level and goals.

Let EMS Do the Work

PremFit uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to send low-frequency signals to your muscles—causing them to contract and relax, just like during a workout. This process strengthens, tones, and activates your core without stress on your joints or spine.

Use Anywhere, Anytime

No gym, no sweat, no excuses. Use PremFit while relaxing, working, or during light activities. Each session lasts 18–20 minutes and is auto-timed for safety and convenience.
