A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You may also electronically complete and submit the model form or another clear statement via our website. If you use this option, we will promptly confirm receipt (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires. Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of this notification.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional charges if you chose a different delivery method than our standard one), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling other than what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and where individual selection or instruction by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.

General Information

Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if needed. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not send items back without prepaid postage.

Please note: the above points are not mandatory requirements for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
